Chairman’s Message
Ron Monokian
President and Founder
We Make It Personal
2024-2025 Chairperson
As I look forward to the next 2 years as Chairman of the Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce, I want to look back as we embark on our 50th year.
While the chamber has certainly evolved over those 50 years, I can’t help but admire our resolve over the last 4 years.
We are very fortunate to have had Ryan Regina and Joe Tredinnick as our chairpersons, along with a great group of dedicated and passionate board of directors. They all worked hard together to push us through the pandemic and post-pandemic. Along with Kristi Howell, our President and CEO, not only to survive the moment but to always have an eye on the future of our organization.
Over the past year, we have updated our by-laws and adopted a new strategic plan that will guide the BCRCC over the next few years. The primary focus of the plan is you, our members, and how we as a board of directors can best meet your business needs.
We will embark on new initiatives, such as the Leadership Academy and the Burlington County Referral Network.
In her letter for the installation dinner, Kristi mentioned that in her 22 years as president, nothing has stayed the same.
I will differ with Kristi in one area, Kristi’s passion and dedication have never wavered in all those years. The same can be said for all the board of directors over the years who in my observation have always had the best interest of the business community in our region.
The vision of BCRCC is to become the primary resource for businesses throughout the region. At the heart of this vision will be our core values, Integrity, Leadership, Diversity, Connectivity, and Advocacy.
I look forward to implementing this plan for the future and along with Kristi, her staff, and our board of directors take our great chamber to new heights.
